Rolex Submariner Date 16610LN 2009 [Preowned]
Overview
The Rolex Submariner is one of the most popular line of professional watches designed by Rolex for diving - known for its resistance to water and corrosion. The Rolex Submariner is considered a classic and is easily one of the most recognised models by Rolex.
The Rolex Submariner was introduced in 1954 and many references have been introduced since, with a new improved reference introduced every numbers of years.
Introduced since 1988, the reference 16610LN was the last Submariner without the Cerachrom bezel. The key differences are the steel bezel with the aluminium insert (rather than cerachrom), the 40mm slimmer case (as opposed to the modern supercase) and lastly the double-flip lock clasp (without glidelock).
This reference 16610LN was discontinued in 2009 and no longer produced.
