Overview
Kurono Tokyo Chronograph 3 The key indices of HISUI are accentuated with a jade-green ribbon. The jade-green radial was created using the pointillism technique to portray the jadeite stone texture. It is then treated with micro-metallic particles to replicate the mineral inclusions found in raw jade. A final coat of clear glossy lacquer is sprayed to protect the surface, giving it a nice sheen and brightness. The HISUI timepiece from Kurono features a unique multi-layered dye process that combines coloured textural finishes with a white polished lacquer base.
The subdials '3' and '9' are guilloche-engraved radially and finished in light turquoise. Together with the slightly off-white lacquer dial, these three textures and colours beautifully depict the Itoigawa jade.
Chronograph 3 HISUI:翡翠 was sold out upon release and no longer in production.
