Rolex Submariner Date Green 126610LV
Overview
The Rolex Submariner Date reference 126610LV — the Kermit — returned in 2020 after a 17-year absence. The original green-bezel Submariner appeared in 2003 as a 50th-anniversary edition and was discontinued. The current generation brought it back on the 41mm case. The nickname carried over from the first generation, and so did the demand.
The 41mm Oystersteel case is fitted with a green Cerachrom unidirectional bezel — ceramic that holds colour permanently and resists scratching. The black dial runs large luminous markers and hands with Chromalight fill. Date at 3 o'clock with Cyclops magnification. Water resistance is 300 metres via the Triplock crown. Green-on-black is the most recognisable Submariner combination after the all-black.
The movement is the Calibre 3235: Chronergy escapement, Parachrom hairspring, 70-hour power reserve, Superlative Chronometer to ±2 seconds per day. The current generation replaces the older 3135 with a meaningful gain in power reserve — from 48 to 70 hours — and overall movement efficiency.
Glidelock Oyster bracelet with micro-adjustment extension. Brand new, unworn, with box and papers dated April 2026
