Overview
Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore models are part of AP's more sportier and masculine version of the Royal Oak. Introduced in 1993 it was a hit amongst collectors, projecting a more modern version of a classic design.
The 15703ST version of the Offshore Diver was introduced in 2010 - to finally produce a regular edition of its Diver / Scuba watches. Before this model, AP has already introduced Scuba Diver models which were limited editions. The Diver differs from the typical Offshore models whereby it has a rotating inner bezel (which can be adjusted from a crown at 10 o clock), and a depth rating of 300m (as opposed to a typical 100m for the normal Offshores).
The 15703ST reference is a previous model of the Offshore Diver. The current reference is 15710ST was released in 2015 - with the new introduction of a transparent sapphire caseback to showcase the AP 3120 calibre.
