Is the watch brand new or pre-owned?

Each listing clearly states the condition. For brand-new pieces, we specify completeness and warranty status.
For pre-owned pieces, we disclose condition and any visible wear as clearly as possible.
Can you size the bracelet and how does delivery work?

Yes — we can size before delivery, and the removed links will be included. We ship insured and packed securely. You’ll receive tracking once dispatched.
How do you verify authenticity?

We verify reference, configuration, serial, movement, dial, case, bracelet, clasp, and key components. Every watch is checked for correctness and consistency before it is listed.
Who handles the technical work?

Our technical qualification is carried out with The Horloger Gallery, our Swiss-accredited technical partner of more than a decade.
How do you describe condition?

We use defined condition standards with transparency on inclusions (box/papers/links) and any restoration performed.
Do pre-owned watches come with warranty / support?

Yes, we offer 1 year warranty and we support you through ownership and act as liaison with our technical partner for maintenance, regulation, and repairs.
