The Rolex Datejust 31mm reference 278273 in olive green Rolesor is the most assertive configuration in the 31mm range — and the least conventional, which is the reason to consider it seriously.
The case is Oystersteel with 18k yellow gold applied to the lugs and the fluted bezel — the Rolesor construction Rolex has used since 1933. The olive green dial runs a sunray finish that shifts from deep forest green to warm gold-green as the light changes. Eleven brilliant-cut diamonds serve as hour markers.
