Overview 

The Patek Philippe Annual Calendar is part of Patek Philippe's Calatrava Complications collection.

The reference 5396 was introduced in 2006 as a successor to the original Patek Annual Calendar. The 5396 features the classical layout of the Patek Annual Calendar, with the twin apertures for day and month above the pinion and the moonphase and date display at 6'o clock. Pairing with a set of dauphine hands - to create a combination of a very classical Patek Annual Calendar.

This particular example is the 5396G with the 18k White Gold case and a silver opaline dial.
