Panerai Submersible 1950 3 Days Ceramica Special Edition is part of Panerai's contemporary Submersible Automatic collection.

The PAM00508 is a special edition from 2013 whereby 1000 units were produced. The main features of the watch is the material used - ceramic. It was then the first and only Submersible Ceramica - true until today. Panerai has experimented with other materials to make the watch black - like Carbotech (Carbon). But as we all know, ceramic is still preferred as it's a very stable material.

The perks of having a ceramic case includes more scratch resistance and having a dark colored case (less fingerprint marks). 

The PAM00508 is now a discontinued reference.
