Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Chronograph 38mm 26315ST 2019 [Preowned]

Overview 

Audemars Piguet Royal Oak was introduced in 1972 - it was an iconic design by Gerald Genta - with its octagon shape case design, "tapisserie" pattern dial (which we learn to love) and integrated bracelet.

The reference 26315ST was introduced in 2019 - size at 38mm filling up a gap between the Jumbo 39mm and the regular edition of 41mm. During this period, AP was concentrating on introducing the Code 11:59. However, enthusiast quickly saw the "sleeper" reference in the 38mm. Its popularity quickly caught on, and the rest is history. 

The watch reference 26315ST is still in production. The dial variant of white & blue sub-dials is usually only available at AP boutiques.
