Panerai Submersible BMG-Tech is part of Panerai's contemporary collection of Submersible models.

In 2017, Panerai introduced the new BMG-Tech material "Bulk Metallic Glass" which was an innovative alloy - which was extremely resistant to corrosion, shocks and magnetism. The BMG-Tech alloy consists of Zirconium, copper, titanium and nickel to produce a very light and hard material for a watch. The Submersible case wears like as a 47mm large watch but is very lightweight because of the innovative alloy.

This particular reference is discontinued and no longer in production.
