The Omega Diver 300 Co-Axial Master Chronometer is a part of Omega's latest Diver 300m Seamaster collection.
This particular reference is the "No Time to Die" is with reference to the James Bond 007 movie which is scheduled to be released in the year 2020. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, much disruption was caused to the movie release - but the watch released was introduced as scheduled.
This reference of the Diver 300 "007 edition" is limited of production and sought after by Omega enthusiasts alike. According to Omega sources, this watch is now discontinued and no longer produced. This may be one of the last examples of the watch in new and unworn condition.
