MING watch is an independent watch brand based here in Kuala Lumpur which has made great strides in the watchmaking industry. Founded in 2017, the young brand has garnered a huge following of fellow enthusiasts - allowing the brand to release watches which are sold out in minutes, if not seconds.
Each MING watch is designed here in KL, but manufactured in Switzerland and regarded as Swiss Made. Each watch is well made, with much thought put to not only the design but also its practicality. The watches are usually under 40mm in size, and very wearable even for smaller or larger wrist sizes.
The 17.09 Blue was released in 2022 - an updated version of the original 17 series. This time around, the signature laser-etched, lume filled sapphire is available for Ming's entry 17 series. Coupled with the Clous-de-Paris pattern in blue colored-dial, the watch dial designed to play with light very well and looks dynamic in most angles. The Selitta movement has been updated and heavily modified by Ming x Schwarz-Etienne to suit a daily wearer watch.
The 17.09 Blue was sold out upon release and no longer in production.
