Job Description & Responsibilities:
• To provide excellent sales & customer service in retail shop and digital sales channel
• To jointly develop a digital sales channel in accordance to the company’s direction
• To handle customer’s enquiries professionally
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers
• Assist in digital channel’s content marketing
• Assist in daily operations
• Monitor marketplace to understand market prices.
Requirements:
• Must like watches
• Possess e-commerce knowledge & digital sales channels is an advantage
• Proficient with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc)
• A positive and respectful attitude towards everyone
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Possess own transport
• Good command of English and Mandarin language. Both verbal and written.
