Post-MCO Standard Operating Procedures
We are happy to welcome all our clients back to the store.
But for everyone's well being - we are implementing a few practices in hope to support our fight against the COVID19 pandemic.
1. Appointment Basis - To control store traffic
We would welcome and prefer clients by appointment basis. This way we can control our store traffic and prioritise one client at a time. This way we can ensure proper social distancing in store.
We will schedule each client to have 1 hour and it will be a first come first served basis.

2. Social Distancing Practices
All patron temperatures are taken when entering the shopping mall.
But as you enter our shop, we will insist all our clients to wear a face mask. If you do not have one, we can provide you one. Don't worry - there's no charge.
Hand sanitisers are also provided in store, so do not worry about cleaning your hands.
3. Keeping Ourselves Healthy & Clean
Our staff members will have their temperatures checked three times a day. And we will be wearing our face masks all the time.
4. Keeping Our Shop Clean & Our Clients Safe
We will clean and sanitise our store before we open and after we close. We will also sanitise the common areas after every client visit.
We hope that the above efforts will not cause too much inconvenience for you, but we endeavour to make a better environment for us all.
