Among others, I’ve been following Swiss Connection watches FB for years now, keeping up with their posts and reading their reviews. So when the watch I was looking for popped up on their feed, I called them for an appointment.
The shop is in Menara Hap Seng, in the heart of town, but parking was easy. Being on L1 with other restaurants, we saw healthy footfall at lunch and was easy to find. Shop layout was nicely spaced out, well organized, and felt cozy.
Most importantly, their customer service was par excellence. We wanted to trade one of our watches for the one we were eyeing. Process was nicely done. We were never rushed or felt short changed. The offer was fair and the new watch we got was negotiated reasonably. Very pleased with Su Meng, who assisted us promptly on Whatsapp and served us attentively throughout our 1.5 hours in the shop! Overall a pleasant shopping experience.
